Third Eye was founded with one mission: help brands illuminate their full potential across e-commerce, retail, and beyond — Direct to Everywhere. Today, Third Eye is a full-time, full-service agency — applying a proven philosophy and playbook to every brand we partner with.

Nicolas Martinez

Third Eye is led by Nicolas Martinez, founder and CEO. Nicolas built the agency on nearly a decade of hands-on experience scaling Amazon and omnichannel programs for hundreds of brands — from emerging startups to Fortune 500s.

Before founding Third Eye full-time, Nicolas was among the first 3 teammates at a leading marketplace and omnichannel growth agency, where he helped build the operation from the ground up into a team of 150+. Over that decade, he drove growth across Amazon, DTC, Walmart, and in-store retail — owning countless facets of the business along the way.

What makes his perspective uniquely valuable is that it spans both sides of the table. In parallel to his agency career, Nicolas has served as an operator and founding team member at multiple consumer brands — most notably six years at CanDo (formerly Keto Krisp). He doesn't just advise brands. He's built them.

Leif drives the day-to-day execution behind every ad campaign — managing bids, budgets, and optimizations that keep performance sharp. His hands-on rigor ensures no opportunity is missed and every dollar of spend is working as hard as it can.

Lemuel

Head of Operations & Account Management

Lemuel keeps every account running and protected. He manages supply chain and logistics, customer service, and Seller Support case management — while owning the behind-the-scenes work that keeps accounts healthy: catalog and listing troubleshooting, seller feedback and reviews management, and account health monitoring. His 5 years inside Amazon's Seller Support organization give Third Eye an insider's edge on account health and issue resolution — he knows how Amazon thinks, and he resolves issues before they become problems.

Head of Content

Elaine leads all content and creative across Third Eye — from listing imagery and A+ content to Brand Stores and ad creative. She turns brand identity into conversion-ready assets, ensuring every touchpoint looks as strong as it performs.
